Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator

Full-Time | $18-$25/hour

Vertex Mechanical is looking for a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator who can keep customers happy, schedules organized, and our service team running efficiently. If you're a people person who loves staying busy, solving problems, and making things happen, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do

No two days are exactly alike. You'll be the go-to person for customers and the hub that keeps our technicians moving.

You'll

• Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Schedule service appointments and preventative maintenance visits
• Coordinate technician schedules for maximum efficiency
• Make outbound calls to support service and maintenance programs
• Update customer records and manage information in our CRM
• Help answer billing questions and resolve customer concerns
• Work closely with our service team to keep jobs on track
• Pitch in wherever needed to help the office run smoothly
  
  

What You Bring

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Experience working with CRM software
• Great attention to detail and organization
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset

• ServiceTitan experience
• HVAC, plumbing, or home service industry experience
