What You'll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls-assist with scheduling, billing questions, and resolving customer concerns
- Conduct outbound call campaigns to support sales and service teams
- Schedule maintenance visits with customers, ensuring smooth coordination
- Update CRM software with customer information-confidence with CRM is a must!
- Collaborate with management to stay up-to-date on the latest products, services, and company policies
- Record customer data accurately and ensure it's up to date in our database
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, actively listening and offering solutions that align with company policies
- Other duties as assigned to keep operations running smoothly
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry
- ServiceTitan experience is preferred
- Experience using CRM software and confident in data entry and management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and resolve concerns
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service
- Team player who works well independently and collaboratively
Salary : $18 - $25
