We’re seeking a Technical Delivery Manager with deep expertise in Azure Cloud and Databricks to lead enterprise-grade data warehouse (DWH) delivery. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end execution, architecture oversight, and stakeholder management across complex, regulated environments.
About the Role
The Technical Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading the full lifecycle delivery of Azure & Databricks-based DWH solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of Azure & Databricks-based DWH solutions.
- Define delivery roadmaps, manage teams, and ensure on-time, quality delivery.
- Oversee solution architecture, data pipelines, and performance optimization.
- Engage with business & technical stakeholders; manage risks & governance.
- Enforce security, compliance, and CI/CD best practices.
Qualifications
- 10 years in technical delivery or data engineering leadership.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, Databricks.
- Proven delivery experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.).
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect, Databricks Data Engineer, PMP/CSM.
