Required Skills:
Create and manage changes to the system without interruption to the user
Modify/configure the system to increase benefits and usability
Daily administration and support of Salesforce including but not limited to managing multiple user setups, permission groups, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
CRUD management & maintenance of user & system licenses
Salesforce.com Administrator certification is required
Bachelor s degree in information technology or related field
Experience working administration and support of Salesforce including but not limited to managing multiple user setups, permission groups - Required 5 Years
Experience CRUD management & maintenance of user & system licenses - Required 5 Years
experience Monitoring and manaing exception logs for back-end system integration with SFDC
