Temporary Production Associate
Location: Monroe, WA
Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Job Summary
Our client in Monroe, WA is seeking a reliable and hands-on Production Associate to support their manufacturing operations on a temporary basis. This position will focus on replacing wheel studs and working with large crates of materials. The ideal candidate is comfortable using basic hand tools, working in a physical production environment, and following safety procedures.
Job Duties
- Replace wheel studs as part of the production process
- Use an overhead crane to safely move crates onto work tables
- Use basic hand tools, including ratchets and sockets
- Operate a small hydraulic press
- Inspect work to ensure parts are properly installed
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other production-related duties as needed
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Ability to safely perform physically demanding work
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Experience operating an overhead crane is a plus, but training may be provided
- Must be comfortable working with large/heavy materials
