This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term stability and room for advancement.
CNC Operator Job Duties:
- Operate CNC mills and CNC laser cutting machines to produce metal components according to specifications
- Enter, verify, and adjust machine programs as needed to support production requirements
- Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and production drawings
- Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet dimensional and quality standards
- Troubleshoot machine issues and make minor adjustments to maintain efficient production flow
- Load and unload materials and finished parts from CNC equipment
- Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to verify part accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company procedures and safety guidelines
Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00pm-6:30am
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
CNC Operator Requirements:
- 1 years of CNC machine operation experience, preferably operating CNC mills and/or CNC laser cutting machines
- Experience entering machine programs and making program adjustments as needed
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings
- Previous troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently
