This is a long term, temp-to-hire opportunity.
Patient Care and Optical Specialist Duties:
- Coordinate patient flow including check-in, scheduling, and insurance verification
- Assist patients with eyewear selection and educate on lens options
- Perform or support pretesting and basic clinical tasks
- Manage documentation, orders, and follow-ups in the system
- Support the team to maintain efficient operations and patient experience
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5:15pm
- Primarily based in Kirkland with some days working at the Bellevue office
- Expect approximately 36 hours per week
Pay:
- $23-24 per hour DOE
Patient Care and Optical Specialist Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer service or patient-facing experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain processes clearly
- Detail-oriented with ability to follow structured workflows
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
