Centrally located in Auburn, WA, a global manufacturing facility that produces laminated materials, labels, tapes, tags, and RFID solutions for retail, industrial, and apparel markets is looking for a Machine Operator to join their team.
A successful candidate for the Machine Operator role will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented warehouse setting. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with machinery, takes pride in producing high-quality products, and is eager to learn and grow within the company.
Schedule:
Training schedule: Thursday through Monday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
After training schedule : Saturday - Wednesday, from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Pay: $19/hour
Machine Operator Job Duties:
Operate lamination machinery safely and efficiently to meet production goals
Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines for different materials and production runs
Load and unload materials, ensuring proper alignment for lamination
Monitor product quality and perform routine machine maintenance
Maintain a clean and organized work area and accurate production records
Machine Operator Job Requirements:
Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods
