You’ll work seated at your own workstation using testing equipment, tools, lights, and detailed instructions to inspect and test small components for performance and quality standards.

Assembly Testi Technician Job Duties
- Test relay and contactor components to ensure quality and performance standards are met
- Conduct operational testing including voltage, resistance, insulation, and operating time checks
- Read and follow blueprints, schematics, test specifications, and written work instructions
- Use analyzers, multimeters, gauges, power supplies, and measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot issues, repair faults, and perform re-testing as needed
- Perform soldering and assembly work when required
- Complete detailed documentation and testing records
- Work closely with the team to identify and solve recurring quality or testing issues
Assembly Test Technician Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 6 months manufacturing, testing, assembly, or quality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Comfortable working with small parts and detailed components
- Ability to read blueprints and wire schematics is preferred
- Comfortable using hand tools, gauges, measuring instruments, and testing equipment
- Soldering experience or certification is a plus, but not required
- Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements
Schedule
1st & 3rd Shift Available
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Monday–Friday
- 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM Monday–Friday
3rd shift employees will train on 1st shift for approximately 90–120 days while still receiving 3rd shift differential pay.
Pay
- 1st Shift: $19.00/hr
- 3rd Shift: $20.90/hr
