As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will perform three-way document verification, validate general ledger coding, process expense account receipts, and collaborate with multiple departments to organize purchase orders, invoices, and payments. Your work will help ensure accurate financial records and timely payment processing.

Accounts Payable Associate Duties:
- Perform three-way document verification for purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
- Reconcile and process employee expense reimbursements.
- Analyze and verify accounts payable reconciliations, vendor payments, and financial records.
- Validate general ledger coding and process high-volume data entry.
- Partner with internal departments to organize purchase orders, invoices, and payment documentation.
Schedule:
- Day Shift
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Part-Time)
Pay:
- $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
Accounts Payable Associate Requirements:
- At least 2 years of accounts payable experience.
- Detail oriented with the ability to balance and reconcile financial statements.
- Strong data entry accuracy and organizational skills.
- Able to collaborate effectively with multiple departments.
