- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer interest and upselling opportunities
- Assist customers with product selection, answering questions about merchandise, pricing, and promotions
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts
- Maintain store merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are visually appealing
- Manage inventory by assisting with stock replenishment and conducting regular stock checks
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse customers in a bilingual environment if applicable
- Previous retail sales experience or familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Demonstrated ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory management
