The Assistant Manager shares responsibility with the Store Manager for all activities and objectives of one store, including sales generation, effective customer service, shrinkage, Human Resources management, merchandising, administrative and expense management and store maintenance. * Ability to lift and move or transfer merchandise through the store generally weighing up to 40 pounds. Ability to communicate with associates and customers, Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation Must be 18 to apply
