We are seeking a senior-level IT leader to drive the performance, stability, and ongoing evolution of a complex enterprise technology environment. We are seeking a senior-level IT leader to drive the performance, stability, and ongoing evolution of a complex enterprise technology environment. Pay Range
- $150 - $160k 10% bonus

- Lead the ongoing improvement and stabilization of enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments
- Optimize system performance, extend lifecycle value of existing platforms, and implement cost-effective modernization strategies
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and third-party managed service providers across infrastructure, cloud, networking, and security domains
- Oversee service delivery governance, including performance reviews, escalation management, and KPI tracking
- Manage and enhance multi-location network environments with a focus on uptime, resilience, and performance optimization
- Establish and enforce IT service management best practices, including change control, incident response, and problem management processes
- Drive initiatives to improve end-user experience and support service effectiveness
- Evaluate and rationalize vendor relationships, licensing agreements, and technology spend to maximize return on investment
- Ensure robust backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity capabilities are in place, tested, and effective—especially within legacy environments
- Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders, providing clear communication on system health, risks, and improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with geographically distributed teams to ensure alignment and consistency in IT operations
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, or a related discipline
- Extensive experience (10 years) managing enterprise IT environments, particularly those with significant legacy infrastructure components
- Proven leadership experience, including direct team management and cross-functional coordination
- Strong technical background supporting Windows and/or Linux server environments, along with experience in hybrid cloud ecosystems
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing infrastructure costs, including vendor selection and contract negotiation
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including routing, switching, monitoring tools, and infrastructure lifecycle planning
- Experience implementing and maintaining cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO), and working with outsourced security services
- Hands-on involvement in incident response and ownership of business continuity and disaster recovery planning
- Familiarity with managed services delivery models, including governance, escalation handling, and performance measurement
- Experience leading or overseeing IT support/helpdesk teams, with a focus on ITIL-aligned processes and continuous improvement
- Ability to balance short-term fixes with long-term modernization strategies
- Strong planning skills around hardware/software lifecycle management and end-of-life transitions
- Practical approach to hybrid infrastructure, leveraging cloud services where they deliver measurable value
- High attention to detail when managing complex, interdependent systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills within technical and non-technical audiences
