Salary Range: Hourly rate between $50-$60, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and leadership
- Manage employee relations matters with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment
- Support hiring and onboarding activities for incoming employees
- Assist with benefits administration, including employee questions and issue resolution
- Partner with leadership and cross functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Navigate a variety of HR needs in a small, standalone HR environment
- Maintain consistent communication and support across a diverse workforce
- Proven HR Generalist or HR Manager experience with end to end HR knowledge
- Experience operating as a standalone HR resource or in a small HR team
- Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills
- Experience supporting benefits administration and onboarding processes
- Ability to make independent decisions and communicate effectively across stakeholders
- Strong adaptability and ability to work in a mission driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Nonprofit or human services experience is a plus
