This Part-Time HR Consultant will provide end?to?end HR support. The role will focus on employee relations, day?to?day HR operations, and partnering with internal leadership to maintain continuity during a key transition period. Working closely with other areas of the business, this consultant will ensure HR needs are met across the organization in a collaborative and driven environment.

Salary Range:?Hourly rate between $40-$55, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for all employee relations matters
- Provide day?to?day HR support across the organization as a team of one
- Partner with the other leaders to support HR operations, including employee inquiries and issue resolution
- Maintain HR processes and ensure continuity during the interim period
- Support general HR administration, compliance, and employee support needs
- Utilize Paylocity for HR data management and system updates
- Proven end?to?end HR Generalist experience
- Prior experience operating as a standalone HR resource or in a small HR team
- Strong employee relations experience and ability to handle sensitive situations
- Experience within manufacturing or related industries preferred
- Familiarity with Paylocity or similar HRIS platforms
- Ability to work independently with limited oversight
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working onsite in a hands?on, collaborative environment
