Oracle Fusion Applications & Integrations Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with strong experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud environments. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate operational needs into scalable, configuration-driven Oracle solutions. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion implementations and is comfortable guiding organizations toward sustainable system design aligned with platform best practices.

• $80-135K salary

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze functional requirements across Oracle Fusion application areas such as Human Capital Management, Financial Management, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, or related modules
• Translate business processes and operational needs into functional system configurations within Oracle Fusion
• Guide business stakeholders on best practices within Oracle Fusion, emphasizing standard platform capabilities over custom development when possible
• Support system configuration activities including approval workflows, role-based security, system parameters, and extensibility options such as flexfields
• Facilitate working sessions with business teams to document current workflows and design improved future-state processes
• Identify potential risks associated with customizations and recommend configuration-based alternatives to maintain long-term platform sustainability
• Act as a liaison between functional leaders, subject matter experts, and technical implementation teams
• Clearly communicate technical concepts, potential system impacts, and solution tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Partner with technical resources on system integrations, including API-based, file-based, and middleware-driven interfaces (such as Oracle Integration Cloud or similar tools)
• Support data migration and validation activities including data mapping, conversion planning, and reconciliation processes
• Ensure understanding of enterprise data ownership and governance considerations across integrated systems
• Assist in the development of operational reporting using Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI or BI Publisher when applicable
• Support user acceptance testing activities including scenario development, issue tracking, and resolution coordination
• Contribute to release planning, go-live preparation, and post-deployment system stabilization efforts
• Participate in ongoing system lifecycle activities including regression testing and impact assessments associated with quarterly Oracle updates
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to ensure smooth operational support and long-term system sustainability
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-10 years of experience in systems analysis, enterprise applications support, or similar roles
• Hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including participation in at least one implementation or significant system enhancement
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion’s configuration-first architecture and the balance between configuration and customization
• Experience supporting system configuration including workflows, approval hierarchies, and role-based access models
• Proven ability to translate business needs into structured functional requirements and system solutions
• Strong documentation skills including functional specifications, business process diagrams, and user stories
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills when working with cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholders
