Drive customer onboarding, training, enablement and core product evolution. You’ll integrate, extend, and validate our AI coding agents inside mission-critical SAP landscapes, to drive success for our enterprise customers AND influence major updates to the platform straight from real customer learning.
Worksite Location: Remote role with up to 35% travel
Salary Range: Up to $175,000 base plus company equity

- Deploy, configure, and enhance Nova’s AI technical and code-generation workflows in live SAP environments.
- Diagnose and resolve high-impact issues quickly.
- Continuously synthesize field insights for design and code, and ship improvements into the core system.
- 7 years of experience in SAP development (i.e. ABAP, BTP, etc.).
- Familiarity with Large Language Models.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP).
- Clear, confident communication with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong programming skills in Python or Javascript.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Background in customer-facing / solutions engineering, or a consultant role
