We are seeking a hands-on IT Manager to oversee and support all aspects of day-to-day technology operations across a multi-site environment. This role will combine technical leadership, people management, and strategic planning responsibilities while remaining deeply involved in systems, networking, ERP support, infrastructure, end-user support, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can establish process and structure, partner effectively with business leaders, and help scale and modernize IT operations.
Worksite Location: Hybrid; 2-3 days in the office, 2-3 remote each week (Osseo, MN)

Pay Range
- Up to $115K salary bonus
- No work visa sponsorship available; no C2C, thank you

- Oversee daily IT operations across multiple locations, ensuring reliable performance of infrastructure, systems, applications, and end-user technology
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for networking, servers, hardware, software, internet connectivity, cabling, ERP systems, and help desk issues
- Manage and mentor internal IT staff while partnering closely with third-party vendors, including managed service providers and telecommunications providers
- Serve as the primary internal lead for ERP administration, support, enhancements, and ongoing optimization efforts
- Develop and implement IT processes, documentation, standards, and operational structure to improve consistency and efficiency
- Monitor system performance, security, backups, and overall network reliability to minimize downtime and operational risk
- Collaborate with business leadership to identify technology needs, recommend improvements, and support long-term IT planning initiatives
- Coordinate hardware/software lifecycle management, inventory tracking, upgrades, and vendor relationships
- Lead or assist with IT-related projects involving infrastructure improvements, system implementations, and operational enhancements
- Support cybersecurity best practices and help ensure secure access to company systems and data
- Travel occasionally to other company locations to provide onsite support, project coordination, and relationship management
- 5 years of IT leadership or IT management experience with direct people management responsibilities
- Strong hands-on technical background across systems administration, networking, infrastructure, help desk support, and hardware/software troubleshooting
- Experience supporting and administering ERP systems in a manufacturing, distribution, or operational business environment
- Proven ability to establish IT processes, create operational structure, and improve workflows within a growing organization
- Experience partnering with external vendors, including MSPs, internet providers, and phone system providers
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, connectivity, cybersecurity, backups, and system reliability best practices
- Ability to balance strategic planning responsibilities with hands-on technical execution
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent initiatives
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support additional facilities or business locations
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
