Senior Project Manager – Data Center Interior Build-Out (Atlanta, GA)
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a fast-growing data center construction project in Atlanta. This role owns the interior build-out phase - everything that happens once the shell is up and the building envelope is closed. You'll be responsible for coordinating the electrical and mechanical subcontractors through to completion, along with finishes and drywall, working alongside an experienced Senior PM as the program continues to scale.
What You'll Do
- Directly oversee the electrical and mechanical subcontractors on site, ensuring schedule and quality standards are met
- Manage the full interior build-out scope on a live data center project, including CSA trades, drywall, and finishes
- Lead a team of 3-4 project managers, MEP coordinators, and 8-10 superintendents
- Train alongside the current Senior PM, with the opportunity to take on greater ownership of the program as it grows
- Partner with ownership, GC, and trade partners to keep a complex, fast-moving schedule on track
What We're Looking For
- 6-8 years of project management experience in commercial construction, ideally with data center or mission-critical experience
- Background managing MEP scopes directly is strongly preferred
- Experience in CSA, drywall, or finishes is a plus, though not required
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale builds
- Comfortable stepping into a senior-level role and growing into more responsibility over time
Salary : $120,000 - $175,000
