We are seeking a compassionate, self-driven Community Liaison to serve the Richmond, Burke, and Jefferson counties of Augusta, GA. In this role, you will be the vital connection between specialized hospice services and the healthcare professionals and families who need them most. As the face of the organization, you will build trust-based relationships with physicians, referral sources, and community partners to help bring dignity, comfort, and peace to patients and their loved ones during critical moments.

Required Skills:
- Minimum two (2) years of sales or marketing experience in healthcare, preferably hospice or palliative care
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community agencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to sensitive conversations
- Skilled at outreach and marketing of healthcare services with a focus on building trust and collaboration
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior clinical experience or healthcare background
- Experience working with hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, social workers, or similar healthcare partners
- Knowledge of hospice philosophy and services
- Ability to navigate and grow referral networks within the medical community
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; relevant experience will be considered as a substitute
- Experience in hospice marketing preferred
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory (Richmond, Burke, and Jefferson counties)
- Ability to articulate hospice services and facilitate initial conversations with patients and families with empathy and respect
