Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across all age groups in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Perform assessments, physical exams, diagnostics, and treatment plans for a variety of acute and chronic conditions.
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and preventive care, primarily in a modern and progressive clinic setting.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and quality of care.
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current certification as a PA-C or NP and licensure to practice in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain.)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required, PALS and ATLS certifications preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
