Our client, a government contractor in Columbia, MD, is currently seeking a Subcontract Manager to join its growing team. The incumbent will be responsible for full life cycle of subcontract management, including pre-proposal, proposal, execution, and closeout activities.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate subcontractor request for proposals
- Negotiate subcontracts and terms and conditions
- Lead audits related to subcontract activity to include CPSR
- Conduct price analysis and the expertise to perform a cost analysis
- Support ensuring ITAR, EAR, BAA, Export and CUI regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10 years of experience with government subcontract management
- 3 years of experience with prime contracts
- CPSR audit experience
- Demonstrated expertise with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DFAR procurements
- Experience with DoD and other federal agencies
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
