A well-established and growing commercial real estate organization is seeking a Payroll Manager. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with numbers, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accuracy through audits. This position sits on site full-time with one day per week remote in 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing: Administer the full-cycle bi-weekly payroll process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate calculation of base pay, overtime, and bonuses.
- Time and Attendance: Review and approve timesheets, verifying hours worked, shift differentials, and paid time off (PTO) before processing.
- Data Maintenance: Process employee lifecycle changes in UKG, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and department transfers.
- Deductions & Garnishments: Calculate and apply deductions for health benefits, retirement contributions, wage garnishments, tax levies, and child support orders.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to FLSA standards, multi-state tax regulations, and internal company policies.
- Reporting & Reconciliation: Generate payroll registers, prepare payroll tax deposits, and reconcile payroll-related accounts against the general ledger
- Employee Support: Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, resolving discrepancies and handling sensitive employee data with strict confidentiality.
Qualifications
- 3 years handling bi-weekly payroll required
- Strong understanding UKG preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
