Summary:
The AV Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and directing all phases of AV projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and documentation. This role partners closely with senior leadership to keep projects aligned with scope, timelines, and business objectives. The position requires collaboration across internal teams while leading project personnel to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and guide project teams, establishing clear roles, expectations, and communication channels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain project schedules, ensuring timelines are met and resources are appropriately allocated.
• Develop project budgets, track costs, and monitor financial performance, including Work In Progress (WIP) reporting.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance and overall client satisfaction.
• Identify potential risks and issues, implementing strategies to mitigate and resolve them.
• Review project outcomes to ensure they align with initial goals and performance expectations.
• Manage project changes and adjustments to keep deliverables on track.
• Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Coach and support team members to drive performance and professional growth.
• Optimize resource allocation to enhance efficiency and project success.
• Break down project work into actionable tasks and assign resources accordingly.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience managing projects within the AV or technology integration industry.
