ServiceNow ITOM Specialist | Full-Time

What you'll do:
- Resolve complex incidents, root cause analysis & documentation
- Assess IT infrastructure & design scalable, cost-effective solutions
- Manage deployments, releases & version control
- Coordinate maintenance, upgrades & performance optimization
- Conduct security checks, compliance audits & continuity planning
- Identify automation opportunities & act as liaison across onsite/offshore/vendor teams
What you'll bring:
- Hands-on ServiceNow ITOM expertise: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management & Orchestration
- Strong Discovery skills: MID Server, Patterns, Sensors, IRE, CMDB & CSDM
- Cloud discovery/integration experience: AWS, Azure, GCP
- Python scripting for automation
- Cloud infrastructure & networking knowledge
- Familiarity with AI-assisted dev tools (GitHub Copilot, ServiceNow AI, GenAI assistants)
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
Preferred:
- ServiceNow CIS (ITOM) certification
- SAM, Orchestration & Service Mapping experience
- Windows/Unix admin (PowerShell, Bash)
- Integration experience (SOAP, REST, JSON, JDBC)
- ServiceNow instance administration (ACLs, business rules, workflows)
- Enterprise-scale ServiceNow deployment experience
