We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our pool finishing team as Plaster Pool Laborers. In this role, you will assist in applying plaster finishes to swimming pools and spas, performing prep work, mixing materials, and maintaining a clean and safe job site. No prior experience is required, but construction or pool industry background is a plus.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the preparation of swimming pool surfaces for plastering (cleaning, acid washing, trowel prep, etc.)
- Mix and transport plaster and other materials to the application site
- Apply plaster materials under supervision using trowels and other tools
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Load/unload materials and assist with job site setup and breakdown
- Perform general labor as needed on-site
- 2 years of prior construction or concrete experience preferred
- Physically strong and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Team player who can take direction and hustle
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in dusty environments
- Reliable transportation to and from office in Houston
