About the role:
The Manager of IT Infrastructure is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s technology infrastructure. This includes networks, servers, cloud services, storage, telecommunications, and security systems. The role ensures the stability, scalability, and security of IT operations to support business goals. The Manager will lead a team of IT professionals, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and drive continuous improvements in infrastructure performance and reliability.
What you'll do:
Leadership & Management
- Establish infrastructure policies, procedures, and standards to ensure high system availability and performance.
Infrastructure Operations
- Oversee the installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of servers, networks, cloud environments, and storage solutions.
- Manage disaster recovery planning, data backup strategies, and system redundancy.
- Ensure infrastructure is compliant with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute IT infrastructure strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and technology modernization.
- Partner with business leaders to assess technology needs and recommend scalable solutions.
Security & Compliance
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement best practices for protecting systems and data.
- Ensure infrastructure aligns with compliance standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or other relevant frameworks.
Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee service level agreements.
- Develop and manage infrastructure budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and virtualization technologies.
- Hands-on experience with disaster recovery, high availability design, and system monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead teams through complex projects.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
