What are the responsibilities and job description for the Onsite Fleet Coordinator position at Verida Inc?
Summary
The Fleet/Quick Response Vehicle (QRV) coordinator oversees the Quick Response Vehicles (QRV) under policies and procedures. Coordinates the smooth dispatch operation with an emphasis on productivity and recovery. Oversee QRV Vehicle Plan when vehicles breakdown process to get that vehicle recovered as not to miss any trips. Monitor and coordinate vehicle exchanges among drivers when vehicles break down.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Oversee fleet movement of all QRV vehicles.
- Provides daily fleet tracking of all vehicles and provides updates to Operations and Administrative staff on any changes in vehicle availability.
- Assist drivers with gaining access to replacement vehicles in the event of mechanical breakdowns
- Monitor and coordinate the maintenance of Verida-owned QRV vehicles in Arkansas.
- Serve as point of contact (POC) for drivers regarding vehicle maintenance and breakdowns.
- Assist with facilitating transportation when vehicles breakdown
- Work with the Operations team to ensure all maintenance and repairs of vehicles are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure vehicles are equipped with all necessary safety equipment and supplies.
- Work with compliance to ensure all QRV vehicle requirements are met and documentation is current and compliant.
- Investigate and prepare reports on all accidents/incidents per process and requested timeframe.
- Recommend process improvements as appropriate.
- Promote a culture of safety.
- Facilitate regular driver safety and maintenance meetings
- Other duties as assigned by the operations team and state director.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and service needs.
- Clean pre-employment screenings: driving record (MVR), background check, and drug screen.
- Ability to observe and understand business processes ensuring processes are documented accurately.
- Have basic competency with Microsoft Excel.
- Able to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
- Must adhere to HIPAA standards
- Ability to work extended hours when the workload necessitates. It could include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- Previous Vehicle Repair/Maintenance experience is an added advantage.
