This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Antonio, TX, for a Strategic Supply Chain Director. The candidate will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including production planning, procurement, and strategic supply chain management. Responsibilities will include analyzing data to optimize supply chain efficiency, partnering with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Additional tasks may involve driving process improvements, managing supplier relationships, and mitigating risks to meet business objectives.
- Experience in Production Planning and ensuring efficient manufacturing and operations processes
- Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making in supply chain practices
- Proficiency in Procurement, including supplier management and cost optimization
- Expertise in Supply Chain Operations to manage end-to-end workflow effectively
- Comprehensive knowledge of Supply Chain Management, including logistics and inventory control
- Proven leadership skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Excellent problem-solving and project management capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
