In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients—answering calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional patient care.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional, and great with communication
- Demonstrates strong phone etiquette and empathy when assisting patients
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced with customer service, scheduling, or dental/medical front office work (preferred but not required)

- Compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control procedures
- Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Background Check, and FBI Fingerprinting as required
