Day and Evening Shifts Available:
****Monday–Thursday 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (evening shift)***
****Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM (day shift)***
You will be the first point of contact for families exploring cyber school options for students in grades K–12. You’ll guide them through the entire enrollment process—from application to enrollment—providing support that is nurturing, informative, and welcoming every step of the way. Duties also include answering enrollment inquiries, updating family records, and assisting with general questions via phone and email.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping people.
Note: Call volume and workflow may vary throughout the year; overtime and/or weekend shifts may be required during peak enrollment periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist families in completing applications and submitting documentation.
- Provide accurate, timely responses to inquiries about the school, academics, and enrollment process.
- Handle phone and email communications with professionalism and empathy.
- Make outgoing calls to follow up with families and invite them to events.
- Update contact information and maintain student records in a proprietary system.
- Ensure compliance with FERPA and other privacy regulations.
- Support other departments or projects as needed.

- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus

- Comfort working with computer systems and phone queues
- Experience in a call center or customer service setting preferred
