Responsibilities
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user flows and experiences.
- Assess, develop, and implement portions of user experience design plans, changes, specifications, and reusable design elements for new and existing products.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal development partners on user experience design and development.
- Collaborate closely with members of the Design team to ensure that designs meet requirements and goals are of high quality.
- Develop holistic, high-quality user experience solutions for low to complex projects, products, and services.
- Enrolled or recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Design, Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction or related field.
- Significant experience with Figma
- Miro experience a plus
- Familiar with the latest techniques for Wireframing, Design Thinking / User-Centered Design, Interaction Design (Logic flows, high level decision flows, information architecture, etc.), Prototyping, User Testing and Research, Visual design, WCAG standards
- Effective Communication
- Experience with or understanding of user centered design principles, theories, and concepts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
- Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience.
- Develops expertise and tactical knowledge of applications within the business.
- Acts as a team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts.
