Conduct the programing tasks on large RWE projects to a level suitable for peer reviewed publication in medical journals or regulatory review under the guidance of senior collaborators.
What You Will Contribute
- Implement full-scale projects, including:
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to scope and plan project work
- Conceptualizing, coding, and delivering analytic products end-to-end
- Applying appropriate statistical techniques
- Identifying and interpreting meaningful insights from analysis
- Ability to execute custom research projects independently and/or lead full project execution with junior staff
- Communicate complex ideas, methodologies, and results to clients and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and promotion of Best Practices within the team
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience Required
- 4-7 years relevant work experience
- Candidate must be strong in SQL and SAS, and have experience using EHR data as well as multiple different sources of claims data across a range of therapeutic areas.
- Experience with data visualization, line of therapy analyses, using custom linked datasets, and measuring awareness campaign effectiveness.
