Role Overview
As an Associate Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping the developer program run smoothly. You will be primarily responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting third-party vendors integrating with our mutual customers.

Compensation for this job is subject to market conditions, geographic considerations, the candidate’s unique skills and experience, state and local laws, and budget. Role Overview
As an Associate Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping the developer program run smoothly. You will be primarily responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting third-party vendors integrating with our mutual customers.
What You Will Contribute
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities that drive measurable value for clients and support their long-term success within the Veradigm ecosystem through targeted outreach, market research, and active participation in industry events and conferences
- Manage the program inbox addressing questions from prospects and existing partners as well an internal requests from CSMs to support mutual customers
- Serve as a trusted advisor to third-party vendors, managing relationships across the full lifecycle—from onboarding through growth—while leading regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and strategic planning sessions
- Develop and execute growth strategies for high-value partners, setting performance targets and proactively identifying opportunities to expand adoption and revenue
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records in Salesforce, including tracking communications, sales activities, pricing, quoting, and invoicing
- Act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams, delivering integration consultancy during development and testing phases, and partnering with Services on successful client implementations
- Own issue resolution workflows by coordinating across Sales, Services, and Support teams to ensure timely communication and high-quality outcomes for clients and partners
- Analyze program performance through reporting and analytics, identifying trends in growth, engagement, and transaction data to inform strategic decisions and optimization efforts
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Technical / Business experience
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms, technical integrations, or partner‑facing sales and onboarding preferred
- Healthcare industry experience preferred (health IT, payer/provider, or SaaS a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar) and maintaining documentation
