The Systems Operations Engineer 3 - File & Object supports enterprise storage platforms, focusing on NetApp, Storage Grid, and Oracle ZFS systems. This role emphasizes production support, infrastructure operations, and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Storage Platform Support

• Support NetApp ONTAP, Storage Grid, and Oracle ZFS environments
• Monitor storage systems and ensure availability
  
  

Operations & Support

• Perform production support and troubleshooting
• Work with vendors for issue resolution
  
  

Migration & Infrastructure

• Support data center migration activities
• Assist in infrastructure design and implementation
  
  

Monitoring & Reporting

• Use tools like PowerBI for reporting
• Monitor system health and alerts
  
  

Collaboration

• Work with engineering teams and stakeholders
• Support Agile project environments
  
  

Documentation

• Maintain documentation and operational procedures
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• 4 years of Systems / Infrastructure experience
• Experience with NetApp ONTAP (Required)
• Familiarity with Storage Grid (Required)
• Experience with Oracle ZFS (Required)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience in production support environments
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PowerBI
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Agile / Scrum / Jira experience
