- Drive end‐to‐end execution of MAP-funded cloud modernization, including planning, prioritization, daily standups, risk/issue management, and stakeholder reporting.
- Coordinate intake and alignment across multiple consuming business units, ensuring deliverables meet the "multiplier” adoption goals required by AWS.
- Translate business and compliance needs into technical execution plans, engineering tasks, security controls, and platform patterns.
- Ensure engineering outputs meet bank‐grade standards for security, auditability, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage stakeholder communication between AWS, client Core Engineering, and downstream teams.
- Oversee SOW deliverables, validate progress, and ensure the team hits timelines tied to AWS funding.

- Deep expertise in AWS architecture, including IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, KMS, Secrets Manager, CloudTrail/GuardDuty, and multi‐account governance.
- Proven experience delivering cloud platform capabilities used across multiple engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of IaC (CDK preferred), Terraform, CI/CD, and secure cloud automation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead highly senior engineers and operate in a fast‐moving, ambiguous environment.
- Experience running initiatives with strict regulatory, security, or audit requirements (finance or DoD ideal).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with CTO‐level leadership.
- Experience with AWS CDK, reusable cloud constructs, platform blueprints, or multi-team enablement.
- AI/ML platform experience (SageMaker, inference endpoints, MLOps).
- Prior work inside highly regulated environments (banking, trading, DoD, healthcare).
- Hands-on engineering background (architect, SRE, DevOps lead).
