Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
- Manage capital and sustaining projects from concept to completion
- Develop project scope, specifications, safety reviews, and timelines
- Coordinate design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and project closeout
- Provide mechanical engineering support for production and maintenance
- Optimize plant infrastructure, equipment, and processes
- Troubleshoot and improve mechanical systems
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors
- Oversee design, fabrication, installation, and support services
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze process and equipment data to identify improvement opportunities
- Implement solutions to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and technical teams
- Support training, safety, and reliability initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)
- Must meet ITAR/export control compliance requirements
- 1-3 years of engineering experience in manufacturing
- Experience with aluminum rolling mills or similar heavy industry
- Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or utility systems
- Experience managing or supporting capital projects
