The Staff Mechanical Design Engineer will lead the design and development of advanced electrohydraulic, electromechanical, and electropneumatic systems. This role requires deep technical expertise, innovation, and leadership in developing next-generation motion control solutions across industries such as aerospace simulation, oil & gas, and industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of complex mechanical and motion control systems
- Plan and execute engineering activities involving advanced design methodologies
- Develop new product requirements in collaboration with customers and sales teams
- Conduct trade studies, simulations, and performance analyses
- Lead proposal efforts including design concepts, cost estimation, and technical documentation
- Guide and mentor engineering teams on major projects
- Perform research, testing, and validation of engineering solutions
- Utilize FEA and CFD tools for analysis and optimization
- Document designs, test results, and engineering reports

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 10 years of relevant mechanical design experience
- Strong expertise in hydraulics, electromechanical systems, and motion control
- Experience in complex system design and product development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in Statics and Dynamics
- Strong knowledge of Hydraulics and Electro-Mechanical Systems
- Experience in Stress, Fatigue, and Performance Analysis
- Knowledge of Rotating Machinery
- Proficiency in FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics)
- Experience with Model-Based Design
