- Oversee the strategic direction, execution, and performance of the PureWick™ direct-to-consumer digital experience.
- Build, manage, and optimize end-to-end e-commerce website, including buy flows and customer journeys.
- Leverage expertise in e-commerce initiatives, site merchandising, UX strategy, A/B testing, customer segmentation, and personalization.
- Manage and optimize CRM and CMS tools/platforms (Salesforce or similar preferred).
- Develop and implement digital commerce strategies, customer buy flows, and creative strategies.
- Analyze and report on e-commerce KPIs and initiatives.
- Align business requirements with program and project execution.
- Modify strategies based on business needs and performance insights.
- Manage cross-functional campaigns and multiple concurrent projects.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 5 years managing e-commerce websites and performance-driven digital platforms.
- Proven track record in delivering high-performing user experiences.
- Hands-on experience with CRM/CMS platforms, preferably Salesforce.
