Job Description:
Role: Senior Data Reporting Analyst
Location: Greensboro, NC (Onsite)
This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in NICE CXone, contact center reporting, telephony systems, and data analytics.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8 years of IT support or operations experience (11 years in lieu of a Bachelor's degree)
- 4 years of network/telephony system support
- 2 years of leadership or team mentoring experience
- Hands-on experience with NICE CXone (NICE inContact)
- Experience with contact center reporting, ACD reporting, dashboards, analytics, and KPI reporting
- Knowledge of VoIP, telephony systems, call flow analysis, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
