Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide physical therapy interventions to improve mobility and function
- Deliver care aligned with patient-specific needs and functional goals
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation and recovery plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program:
- Bachelor's OR Master's OR Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist License (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association - upon hire)
- Strong clinical skills in evaluation and treatment planning
- Expertise in physical therapy techniques and rehabilitation practices
- Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Strong documentation and organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Experience in acute care or hospital-based therapy
- Specialized training in specific therapy areas (if applicable)
