As the Nurse Manager of our Cath Lab and IR Department, you'll be at the forefront of advanced stroke and cardiac care, working alongside top-tier specialists to transform patient outcomes. Our comprehensive stroke center and STEMI Program are integral to saving lives, ensuring patients receive immediate and expert care.
This position is accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care and for the administrative management of multiple nursing units and/or FTE's over 80 on a 24 hour basis. Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with the unit manager position.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Upon hire: NNR for employees in L&D, NICU, Nursery, Postpartum (Postpartum - within 90 days from date of hire; Other areas - within 180 days of completion of clinical orientation)
California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
3 years of recent clinical experience.
