Core Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology units.
- Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor patient care quality, safety outcomes, and staff adherence to clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and support staff for optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage scheduling, staff assignments, and resource allocation.
- Support implementation of evidence-based practices and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
- Active California Registered Nurse License (upon hire).
- BLS certification – American Heart Association (upon hire).
- California Fire and Life Safety Card (within 30 days of hire).
- Minimum 3 years of recent clinical experience.
- NNR certification required for designated areas (L&D, NICU, Nursery, Postpartum).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
