- Experience in inpatient behavioral health or psychiatric units
- Familiarity with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Inpatient Behavioral Health / Psychiatric Unit
- Onsite role in Grand Rapids, MI
- Patient-focused, safety-driven clinical environment
- Must be flexible with varied shifts (Day / Evening / Night)
- Ability to handle high-acuity behavioral health cases
- Must comply with all hospital and regulatory standards
