We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (Med Surg) to join our healthcare team in Las Cruces, NM. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support recovery, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare staff
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• Active RN License in the state of New Mexico
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
• ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required within 6 months of hire
  
  

Nice-To-Have Qualifications

• 1 year of Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) experience
• 1 year of overall nursing experience
