We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Radiation Therapist to join our oncology team in Las Cruces, NM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering precise radiation treatments to patients, ensuring safety, accuracy, and compassionate care throughout the treatment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by radiation oncologists
• Position patients accurately and operate radiation therapy equipment
• Monitor patients during treatment and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records
• Collaborate with oncologists, medical physicists, and healthcare teams
• Educate patients on procedures, expectations, and potential side effects
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiation Therapy
• ARRT certification or registry-eligible in Radiation Therapy (T)
• Active New Mexico state license
• Willingness to relocate to Las Cruces
  
  

Nice-To-Have Qualifications

• Prior experience in radiation therapy or oncology setting
• Familiarity with advanced radiation therapy equipment and planning systems
