- Administer accurate radiation therapy treatments per physician prescriptions
- Assist in patient setup, positioning, and immobilization
- Ensure safety compliance with all ARRT and State of Texas (CMRT) guidelines
- Monitor patient responses and provide emotional support throughout treatment
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, physicists, and dosimetrists
- Maintain daily treatment logs and electronic records
- Perform daily quality assurance checks on radiation equipment
- Adhere to strict infection control and radiation safety standards
- Maintain and update required certifications and continuing education
- Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT) - State of Texas license required
