Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale enterprise IT projects using PMI and Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
- Develop and maintain project artifacts: charters, work plans, documentation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define technical and business objectives.
- Provide project status updates, presentations, and communicate effectively with leadership.
- Support system development, implementation, and troubleshooting as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Texas HHS standards, frameworks, and processes.
- 6 years - Project Management for large-scale enterprise implementations.
- 6 years - State of Texas or similar Federal/State project management experience.
- 3 years - Agile/Scrum project management.
- 3 years - Development experience.
- 3 years - Jira experience.
- PMP Certification - Required (must be on resume, proof may be requested).
- State of Texas Project Delivery Framework experience.
- Experience with Data Warehouse / database reporting projects.
- Knowledge of State Procurement and Contracting.
