We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Los Alamos, NM. The ideal candidate will assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide high-quality therapy services to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and functional limitations
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on recovery and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License in the state of New Mexico
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  
  

Nice-To-Have Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient, rehabilitation, or acute care settings
• Strong clinical and patient care experience
