Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and functional limitations
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on recovery and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) License in the state of New Mexico
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in outpatient, rehabilitation, or acute care settings
- Strong clinical and patient care experience
- Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
- Active New Mexico PT License
- BLS Certification (required)
