- Minimum 1-2 years of Occupational Therapist experience (Home Health preferred)
- Valid Occupational Therapist License - Iowa (Required prior to start)
- BLS Certification (AHA - Required)
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation and ADL training
- Valid Driver's License (Required for home visits)
- Experience in home health or community-based care settings
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- Strong patient education and communication skills
- Home Health / Patient Home Settings
- Onsite / Travel-based role within Fort Dodge, IA
- Independent field-based clinical environment
- Must have reliable transportation for home visits
- Must be flexible with day shifts and scheduling needs
- Ability to manage independent caseloads
- Must comply with all clinical and regulatory standards
